About the Image(s)

This is part of a series I did using multiple copies of the same image (or sometimes different ones) on separate layers, and I would move each one into a different position. Then I just played with the opacity and blending modes. It seems I would gravitate to the Differential blending mode to get the craziest "60's" feeling.

Jan, What a great technique you are exploring. The choice to use a "tunnel type" vertical image is perfect for this type of image. I am going to play around with this idea sometime as it looks like a great way to create interesting tension in an image.   Posted: 10/06/2019 17:52:10

The crazy 60's feeling is really here Jan. The stark, contrasty colors really jump out at a viewer.

The redundancy of the two signs bothers me a little but as you are doing multiple copies, that is going to be the result.

Jan, I really like this crazy psychedelic version of Locke! It's a historically interesting town but limited in creativity so I love your take on it!

cool, what fun. I love doing multiple exposures in camera and in PS.

The colors pop! You just want to stroll on down.

perhaps a softlight blend mode and paint with black on the white bright parts to prevent them from dominating   Posted: 10/30/2019 00:34:49
