About the Image(s)
This is a picture of an Aquarium in my home town, at the junction of the River Humber and the River Hull. The water is always that muddy colour. The original was a bit flat so I increased the vibrance using Topaz Studio. This is perhaps a bit over the top. What do you think?

Andrew, great photo somewhat reminiscent of the Sidney Opera House. I think Topaz Studio helped and is not overly over the top. The aquarium skylight must make for interesting lighting within.   Posted: 03/12/2023 09:44:58
Hey Andrew, I agree with Henry. I also thought is reminded me of the Sandcrawler the Jawas used in Star Wars (only the shape). I love the colors and Since it appears you did not need to include anything surrounding the building, I cropped out the left side, and the lights on the right side. I could not figure what they were at first, so The were too distracting. I also punched up things a little to give it a stormy look. but regardless of that, the image was one of my favorites that you have posted. I just can't say enough!.   Posted: 03/13/2023 17:26:45
Hi Andrew, the water looks like molten copper, but I do find that the unreal blue colour of the sky distracting. I wonder if you could change the hue and desaturate the sky a little. The clouds in the sky are great and add so much to the image. The building is stunning.   Posted: 03/15/2023 19:47:05
Hi Andrew, the momentum is great, and the color of the cloud seems to be very rare to see in usual days. I like the image very much. I just played with the water color to turn it into blue. But I'm not sure how to smooth the conjunction lines between the water and the ground.   Posted: 03/19/2023 17:41:04
Thanks. I worry a bit about blueing the water is a "bridge to far". I mean everyone is knows the Humber is all mud!   Posted: 03/21/2023 14:18:16
Love the colors of this photo in the sky and museum. the brown of the river does not add anything. I would crop out the river and most of the wood and have an abstract image....   Posted: 03/23/2023 10:39:35
