About the Image(s)

I know, I know your comments. But you know what? I believe that we must get out of our comfy cocoon and find new ways to see what is around us. Actually this is an image taken in 2015. I was biking around a man-made lake here in my town and notice these reflection in it. After I download the image in LR I had a second thought and I thought if I can miracle this image it might be good. So I'm organized yet to make miracles, but I started playing with the file and here it is. I'll be the judges.
CameraNikon D7000 lens Tamron 200-500mm at 200mm; shutter speed 1/800 @ f/11; ISO 400; final post production in PS/LR cc.

I like this image with the abstract designs and the bright complementary colors. I think that you could push it even further. I do find the greens at the bottom distracting so I cropped them and used the burn tool.   Posted: 10/08/2019 22:34:59

Nothing wrong in your vision and execution. It will work as altered reality. The green colors are too loud and should consider toning it down a tad. Alternately I go with Art's suggestion.   Posted: 10/14/2019 08:23:25

Thank you Art and Gerald, I was testing the idea, of course it can be done better.   Posted: 10/17/2019 11:09:09

Very nice capture Gabriele. The blues and golds are fantastic together. Since I don't see your reflection I am curious about where you were standing.
I think reflections add a bit of mystery to a photo and makes you stop and take a second look at what you are seeing. I might also crop the green from the bottom.   Posted: 10/19/2019 11:45:11
