About the Image(s)

For this forest , I cropped from both sides and came in closer on the bottom as well. I brought it into Silver effects from LR, enhanced the contrast, texture and did some dodging and burning back in LR. Actually, I was photographing something behind me, turned around and saw these wonderful bushes and trees. My camera is a Z7-2 conversion.

It's always good to turn around and look different ways when shooting. I like how strait the trees are, and the 3 small one out front. Nice processing.   Posted: 03/20/2023 08:44:49

This is a nice capture with strong sense of space. The contrast between dark logs and white airy leaves is nice. It's like dark support pillars and white ceiling.   Posted: 03/20/2023 09:12:54

I like this scene very much as subjects like this attract me. My only suggestion is to slightly burn everything from the top to the tops of the small trees. This will direct the interest to the foreground, which in my opinion is more important than the rest of the scene.   Posted: 03/22/2023 19:08:43
