About the Image(s)
A quirky image?
This image was discovered on a local walk.
The glove was sat in a bush exactly as seen here, I did not alter the position in any way!
The glove was there for some days but has since disappeared.
Image made April 1st about half a mile from home.
Perhaps someone's idea of an April Fool joke?

Well exposed image John. I am curious where it was pointing to. Good use of depth of field and composition also.   Posted: 10/06/2021 11:02:11

Michael the finger is perhaps not pointing to anything except the next bush.
However it was pointing north which may have been the intention.
Hopefully the owner found the glove.   Posted: 10/07/2021 07:02:16

An intriguing image. John which asks questions. Well spotted, nicely composed and good use of the mcro lens to throw the background out of focus and well processed.
I would probably have cloned out the dark horisontal band above the finger tip.

Peter, Yes that dark band should really be removed.   Posted: 10/07/2021 07:03:28
A very interesting image John. You have handled the processing very well. I am undecided as to whether the dark line needs to be removed.   Posted: 10/08/2021 12:33:46

Hi John
This so amuses me and brought a smile to my face I like so many others would have carried on walking thinking oh lord some poor souls lost a glove but not you,you again make something from nothing lighting superbly handled fantastic depth of field for me no distractions simple, pleasing, brilliant.   Posted: 10/10/2021 15:31:04

John, good catch. An intriguing image. One with a big question mark. I may have tried to clone out the dark line at the top. A bit districting. I like the detail you captured in the leather.   Posted: 10/11/2021 20:42:19
