About the Image(s)

The picture was taken with Nikon D7100 18-200 mm, all pictures were taking as raw files. It was in France in one of the churches, I could not resist to take a picture with lights from the window.

This seems like a spectacular picture, but I have some difficulty in fully appreciating it because the sun beams do not look real to me.   Posted: 10/03/2018 09:17:27

This is a spectacularly beautiful picture with the stained glass, the glorious sunbeams and colorful reflections A wonderful capture
I cropped just above where the sunbeams come out and straightened the left wall which was leaning back slightly and the floor which looked a bit skewed I sharpened it but your submission has a dreamier look I prefer See my image   Posted: 10/08/2018 17:30:55

Excellent capture, Leonid! I like Judy's suggested wall straightening and crop as there seem to be no sunbeams emitting from that upper horizontal panel. I also like the dreamy cast to the image particularly in contrast to the sharp focus on the plant,   Posted: 10/13/2018 15:05:30

Very nice photo with very good detail in the window. Good suggestions on streightening vert. lines.   Posted: 10/14/2018 13:41:42

I love this picture. I like the way the colors dance around the image. It does feel like it is leaning a little to the left, so if anything I would try to straighten out the lines so everything is parallel with the edge of the image. Also, I agree with Judy about maybe cropping in on the top a little, because the top windows hit the edge and I feel a good composition would have either more space above the window or crop off, nothing touching.   Posted: 10/17/2018 08:05:29

Beautiful image. I like your version, but do think Judy's crop works beautifully as well.   Posted: 10/17/2018 13:33:13
