About the Image(s)
This is an old photo as you can see by the camera used, but I am working on old pictures. I took this with a Nikon D70S and 18-200 VR lens at 18mm. It was somewhere in Canada or Alaska since it was taken on an Alaska Highway RV trip. We were delivering a new RV to Anchorage for a rental company and left from Iowa. Camera settings were SS 1/640, f 13 and ISO was 250. I shot only jpegs then. Actually I must have taken it before Edmonton since I the camera was smashed when we extended the slide out. I bought a new camera in Edmonton and mailed the damaged one back to a neighbor. When we entered Alaska, the border rep couldn’t believe how much we had spent in a few days and went to see if the price was valid! After I had the camera repaired, I had my D100 converted to IR and would love to sell it since I have an Olympus converted to IR.

Adding the dog would make for a nice Christmas card, but I'd have to borrow a dog:-). We do have 5 grand-dogs, but 3 are in CA and 2 in VA.   Posted: 04/16/2021 10:44:37
