About the Image(s)

I took this with my iPhone using the Instabooth camera set on Jobs which makes the color and then used RollWorld to get the swirl. I cloned out a few areas to make the background better. I'd like to know if you think the white
circles detract or not. I could fill them in--with some effort. We stopped for ice cream when our grand-kids were all visiting and this was a metal bench at the stand. I always like to try subjects that work with this camera and processing apps. Original included for comparison.

In my opinion, the white circles don't hurt the image, and may be a good addition. I can't seem to fix the space in the "about the image." The swirl is more appealing to me than the original because it simplifies the image. Good colors, sharpness and design.   Posted: 10/05/2018 14:29:40

The original was just to show what i started with. The original is not something I would use as is. I took it to play with it!   Posted: 10/15/2018 20:14:24

Must be the month for abstracts. I like the idea and the colors. Great for the fall season. The swirl is really more fun than the original. Would be interesting in a competition so get a judges reaction.   Posted: 10/06/2018 09:15:12

Very neat. I much prefer the swirl. I actually think the white circles add to the photo.   Posted: 10/07/2018 14:16:55

Thanks,Karen. The swirl is one of the many images from the original, but one of my favorites. I am learning what subjects work with the phone camera I used and the apps that I like to use. I toss many of them.   Posted: 10/15/2018 20:16:31

Thanks, Jim. I finally got busy on paper work and am almost caught up except for PJ. I never intended to compete, but was talked into it and am kind of hooked. I don't compete in my club anymore so this gives me an outlet.   Posted: 10/15/2018 20:18:01

Judy, this is way too cool. I think the white circles are perfectly placed in this image. Good sharpness and very colorful.   Posted: 10/14/2018 19:58:45

I agree:"..must be the month of abstract"!!!Your original picture is not attractive but when you made a swirl, the picture changed 360 degree. It becomes very nice and looks abstract.   Posted: 10/14/2018 23:15:07

I think the white circles fit in nicely although this is something entirely new to me this month:-)   Posted: 10/18/2018 01:33:41
