About the Image(s)

Taken at a specialist photoshoot, using a reflection tank and special set up studio flash lighting on my Fuji XT2 with 60mm macro lens f16 ISO200. Animal/bird reflection shots are currently very popular in the UK especially as one won a major TV nature photography competition last year. I did not want a refection shot as such so I cropped off the reflection. The studio flash units had a woodland type pattern printed around the edge of the diffusers so as to soften the edges of the light reflection in the eyes.

Great froggy. Sharp eyes. I love that he appears to be smiling. That little reflection on his leg bothers me a little, but I think you could easily remove that.   Posted: 10/13/2019 12:07:40

Great clarity of eyes. I might have edited out the four dots in the upper right hand corner. They don't seem to add anything.

Nice frog and the eyes are wonderful. It looks a little bright on my screen and I think the dots need be removed.   Posted: 10/20/2019 16:50:48

Very powerful image of the frog. Frog is positioned nicely to one side and the eyes are great. Your processing seems to have caused some over exposure as on the back leg.   Posted: 10/23/2019 07:33:07

This technically well done. As for me, I do not like the subject.   Posted: 10/31/2019 14:28:07
