About the Image(s)

Some years ago we were invited to judge the PSA China exhibition in Beijing. We ere taken on a trip to the Great Wall. I caused consternation when I tripped and fell down some steps, and nearly falling off the wall. Our guides lost face for allowing an important old VIP have an accident! No serious damage was done - only to my knees and not the camera. (See extra image!)

This is one of the images I took, and I've used the PSCC facility to add a sky (from New Zealand!) Does it work? I couldn't use it in a PT competition.

Looks like a nasty fall. Overall, you were still able to capture this interesting photo.   Posted: 04/05/2021 21:58:42

I feel the sky is too grey for the bright light that is falling on the wall. (no pun intended)
It is an interesting image. You might try some Topaz AI sharpening.   Posted: 04/10/2021 16:34:56

Your photo of the Great Wall of China shows the great expanse of the wall. A neat composition. Have you tried to re-edit this image. comparing some on line photos of the wall shows the ground cover to be more rust color at the season you took this image. try adjusting the white balance and or color profile to match some you can find on the internet. Most of the photos online have very flat blue or grey sky. A great memory.   Posted: 04/13/2021 15:43:06

This really shows the expansive size of the wall! I am sure this a great opportunity (in spite of the fall)   Posted: 04/13/2021 20:09:39
