February 2021 - Orange Heels with fall leaves

Here is another one of my many shoe photos...the background is found in Topaz Glow....again there are 2 layers, the original has the background and then the shoes and leaves are erased on the creative image. I added a border for more interest.

I have very little knowledge or experience on still lifes. The various shades of orange really pull the viewer's eyes in. Good choice of background. Posted: 02/12/2021 08:53:50
Another famous Ward shoe photo. I love all of them. Very well designed and very creative. Well done. Can't wait to see another one.

Yes, I had an article published in the Journal on how to photograph women's high heeled shoes...I also had a book printed and submitted to the PSA Photo Essay contest which won a 2nd place... Posted: 02/16/2021 23:45:41

Very artistic - I like the background and the color selections - I enjoyed the comments and assume that you like photographing shoes. That's a new subject for me. These would definitely result in a sprained ankle for me! Love the fall colors and the use of the leaves. Posted: 02/26/2021 12:03:30
Yes, I started photographing the shoes about 5 years ago, and have over 400 photos so far, with at least 45-50 more heels to go....then, I hope that's the last of the shoes...So, you may still see one or two later on... Posted: 02/26/2021 12:22:31
