Wheelbarrows by Brian Magor, APSA, MPSA

February 2021 - Wheelbarrows

About the Image(s)

Another "intentional camera movement" attempt! We have three wheelbarrows stacked at the end of our allotment/community garden, together with a pile of bricks and some blue plastic piping. While taking the image, I swivelled the camera. Does it it make an abstract pattern?

Definitely an abstract. The angled composition adds more interest in the photo.   Posted: 02/12/2021 08:31:21

Brian the colors are pleasing Orange and Blue complimenting and green accent. They work well. It is a happy image. Would not have recognized the wheelbarrows or bricks. Don't tell and let the viewer ponder over a creative Abstract/emotional name. what emotion does the garden present to you.   Posted: 02/12/2021 09:26:37

I do like the photo. But I am just getting into creative so I cannot make a true judgement call. The colors complement each other and the photo is pleasing to the eye.   Posted: 02/16/2021 19:14:15

Very well done with the wheelbarrows...were it mine, though, I would have darkened the middle light area just a tad more. Great movement with the colors...I have not tried the "swivel" movement of a camera, but I do know that it isn't easy to do.   Posted: 02/23/2021 11:28:07

Well done with the colors melting into each other. The feel is very soft and comforting. I would like to see how it looks with the tans a little darker?   Posted: 02/23/2021 12:04:20
