About the Image(s)

Here is two versions of the same photo. One edited in Lightroom the other with additional Nik software.
A visit to the Gypsy Vanner Horse farm on September 15th was a great opportunity to photograph these beautiful horses. The Vanner Horses were imported from Britain. Our visit to Ocala, FL farm was great fun. Beautiful morning light.

This also takes me back to my youth, when there were few cars and transport was mainly by horse drawn vehicles. Yes! I am that old! This is a lovely shot of a "dappled" pony and I can accept that it was belonging to gypsies.   Posted: 10/16/2018 11:30:34

Great shot of a beautiful horse! Your primary photo has much more depth than the one labeled original. The beautiful morning light seems to permeate the main shot. Gorgeous light and horse with great lines from the fence. Nicely done.   Posted: 10/19/2018 12:55:42

Great capture of a magnificent horse. I like what you did with the photo. The horse's coloring is outstanding and the brownish spots seems to blend in with the fence. Which Nik software did you use? Because you shot the horse with so much detail, I would crop more from the right and the bottom. Should the fence be straightened?   Posted: 10/24/2018 19:22:32

While I like the lighting on the horse the purplish color on the fence and horse bothers me a bit..The grass is also much greener in the original.   Posted: 10/26/2018 13:11:38

Thanks for comments. will adjust image and check to see if there is a color cast. I agree the brown could be stronger. The Nik Filter could be stronger than needed.
