About the Image(s)

One of my very favorite photo props is a little green "alien" FRED, that I have used in a number of creative images...He is only 3 inches tall but give a very BIG effect in what he does....

The technique is very easy to do...it is in all photo shop programs, called "sphere" in which the subject is twisted into a circle....one can do a little or a lot with the twist and get different effects. In this one I also used the liquefy filter and tweaked the inside of the circle....

Interesting. I liked the way you were able to keep "Fred" in the forefront and not too distorted .   Posted: 09/01/2020 09:43:37

That's a good result from Sphere. It helped to tone down the unsightly mold on the pears without actually eliminating it. Fred really gets around, doesn't he?   Posted: 09/05/2020 15:17:03

Fred really makes this picture once again. You said you were going to try sphere and you have - and to good effect.   Posted: 09/08/2020 11:53:46

I especially like the pattern in the center area. I think that could also be an excellent creative image after cropping.
Perhaps I would like the final result more if Fred had been added after the distortion was applied.   Posted: 09/08/2020 13:11:18

I am always amazed at what people think of to create an image. It looks like Fred is taking a walk through the terrain of his alien planet.   Posted: 09/16/2020 19:11:31
