About the Image(s)

I saw this pattern in a water lily pond at the National Arboretum in Washington, DC in 2003. I felt some color would add interest, so I used Topaz Simplify. I think that's still a useful tool. Perhaps one day I'll add a water lily flower to it.

Without Lightroom keywords and metadata, I couldn't remember what, when, where and how. I captured this with My first digital camera, a 5 megapixel Nikon E5700. It was the first $1000 camera with RAW and other unique features.

Just proves you do not need expensive kit to produce super images just imagination to see them in the first place. Very eye catching and if you take a peek not wholly disimilar to my G18 offering this month. Love the colours you have created.   Posted: 12/02/2019 13:58:13

Great transformation! Don't add a water lily! That would spoil it.   Posted: 12/04/2019 13:58:52

The colours certainly make a lot more of this image. Much better and I dont think you need to add anything more, it would spoil it   Posted: 12/15/2019 13:53:14
