About the Image(s)
The original was shot in a Yorkshire beechwood a few years ago.
I took it into Topaz studio 2 and amongst the Artistic presets found the charcoal filters. Of those available this gave me the most plasing result. Back in PS I just reduced the brightness.

This filter certainly works to create a fine sketch of the beechwood. I notice that you have also straightened the trees, which helps to give a much more pleasing composition!   Posted: 05/04/2022 02:42:31

A wonderful image and a great conversion - so much better than the color image. I have no suggestions.   Posted: 05/09/2022 08:06:29
I love the magical feel of this image. I can imagine strange creatures springing out of the woods. You've achieved excellent framing. Do you recommend Topaz Studio?   Posted: 05/09/2022 18:04:29

Yes John I would recommend Topaz it has a great variety of options and gives the ability to adjust their pre-sets. I use it regularly.   Posted: 05/12/2022 14:53:42
