About the Image(s)

The snowfall last week enabled me to take some shots in the back garden, including one of a snow-laden tree bough. I thought it would be nice for two of my grandkids, Toby and James to be included, so I pasted them in at 90% opacity.
Not much further work was needed to finish the image. Original 3 is the cut out version of James I had prepared previously, because i couldn't locate the original.

This made me smile. It looks very real to me, a big compliment on your choice of images and blending.

Boys always find creative ways to play. Of course, they also break more bones than do girls.   Posted: 02/07/2021 12:54:04

A great idea and a great composition. My only suggestion is to consider eliminating the "hanging" boy as his image doesn't seem natural and I think the image would look great with just the single boy.   Posted: 02/08/2021 08:49:54

what a fun and imaginative image and I'm sure your grandsons will just love it - this is what photography is all about.
While there might be some technical faults with lighting (shadows in different directions) and poses that aren't quite right, the end result does look like small boys having fun.   Posted: 02/12/2021 20:47:06

Great idea and put together well. The hanging grandson would work better if you had applied some snow to his wellies to give the impession that he had just jumped up from the ground.   Posted: 02/13/2021 05:56:57

Yes novel, I agree about having just one child.   Posted: 02/15/2021 05:10:01
