About the Image(s)

All your nice art like pictures inspired me somehow and I took some work to a dancer’s shot (not so nice looking in its original way) and a self-made texture (with PS 6). I put them together with the filter “pin lights”, made some adjustments with the cut and the red shadow at the feet and some color enhancements “ et voil ! Oh, and not to forget I put the text on it with PS too.

A very good art shot, Kerstin. You have given the two images just the right balance between them. It was a great idea to have the words crossing the dancer's body. For some reason the overall image reminds me of the art of Toulouse-Lautrec. One minor criticism is the dark background line that extends across the dancer's face. I might have be inclined to soften this before combining the images!   Posted: 01/03/2020 05:04:50

Great effect, Kerstin. Love the way the image combines with the texture. I'm glad you listened to the inspiration and created this image. well done.   Posted: 01/11/2020 08:29:41

I loved this shot as soon as I saw it. To me it looks like a poster which is advertising a dance performance and the two layers are blended so well. Yes Mike has spotted that black streak on the face and I'm sure you can deal with that. Great work.   Posted: 01/14/2020 10:52:43

Wow ! Most creative and appealing image ! Nice combination of images. Not sure if the text is necessary?   Posted: 01/20/2020 15:04:20

Great combination of blended images which is most effective. I am not sure about the text either - I don't think it is needed and catches the eye too much.   Posted: 01/21/2020 06:11:11
