Pumping gas and noticed this lovely moth in the corner of the pump, so whipped out my smartphone and snapped a few pics. Took this one into Photoshop to replace the background with black and crop to a square. The into Studio 2 to have some fun. I added Precision Contrast, Precision Detail, tried several different filters but none filled the bill, so I went back to my trusty AI Remix and started going through the Samples. Several caught my eye but Cotton Candy really tripped my trigger, so I settled on that. Back in Photoshop, I doubled the width and height, and copied the Studio 2 result into the 4 corners, rotating each so the moth would face the center. Suggestions?

This is a brilliant image. I love the way that the moths' antennae create an inner circle. The colouration and borders around the insects also work well. This is a winner for me!
The one thing that I am unsure about is the title. Not having seen the word before, I googled it in, and the only thing that I could come up with was :- https://www.scamadviser.com › is-quadroth.tk-a-fake-site.html   Posted: 10/01/2019 02:17:27

Good effect which works. That's a neat trick, I must give it a go some time.   Posted: 10/03/2019 10:14:31

Thanks, Andrew! Obviously, it takes the right subject and the arrowhead shape of the moth seemed to lend itself to this arrangement. d:¬{D   Posted: 10/03/2019 10:39:13

Really imaginative!! Where do you guys get your ideas from!!! Love the circle created by the antennae and the colour of background you have chosen. Off the Topaz to have a go myself!!   Posted: 10/03/2019 10:44:24

Studio has definitely become my goto software for getting creative! Its AI Remix holds endless possibilities for taking the mundane to something so very different! d:¬{D   Posted: 10/03/2019 10:49:31

Thanks, Tom. Just going to watch a You Tube video on the AI Remix so will hopefully learn more on best way to use it!!   Posted: 10/03/2019 10:54:06

The best way I found was to start clicking each of the looks, even if the thumbnail doesn't look promising. Once you find one that's interesting to you, play with the controls to fine-tune it.   Posted: 10/03/2019 11:44:07

Splendid image! I just love the colours and your arrangement of the moths. Also photographic eye which saw and captured the moth whilst you were busy fill the tank. I would consider adding more space to and bottom to match the sides.   Posted: 10/11/2019 03:36:49

You're right about balancing the space at the top and bottom. Don't know why I didn't see that. SMH   Posted: 10/19/2019 00:31:11

I like how you have made the moth pretty, and made it into an effective pattern.   Posted: 10/16/2019 08:49:55

Thanks, Jennifer. It was so dull in its normal state, I just had to do something with it! d;¬{D   Posted: 10/19/2019 00:32:08
