This month is a continuation of the February submission Same subject only a different version. Here my subject is focused primarily on the glass globes of the staircase with sun and shadows. I straightened the composition and removed highlights from the globes.

Another great version of this subject. Your composition is very effective. To my eye, the image needs additional straightening, it seems to angle inwards at the top on both sides. I used the skew tool in PS to pull the top edges outward. I also darkened the bright highlights, and added some contrast to give the image a bit more POP. Did any of this improve the image? I agree with Laura's comment regarding straightening the lines of the building; her image looks a bit sharper maybe due to changing contrast. Still, this is a great photograph - like the composition and colors! Posted: 03/15/2023 11:30:11
