The soft lighting, off center composition and colors work well together. Focus in the very center of the flower is a little soft I think. I'd consider a tighter crop on all sides, I don't think the out of focus areas on the left and right add to the image, and I find the yellow on the left edge distracting.   Posted: 04/03/2021 12:32:23

Definitely a tighter crop as the surrounding greenery adds nothing to your floral. See if you can selectively sharpen the petals to bring them out more.   Posted: 04/04/2021 16:28:36

Yes, the others have made the comments i would have made too! You can lose almost a third of the left hand side of the image as we look at it. Colours are good. I would also consider applying a slight vignette to this or trying within Nik Colour effects if you have that to selectively brighten the centre and darken the edges.   Posted: 04/06/2021 04:58:52

I am working on it as I have some time. Cropping is easy it's trying to sharpen the center of the flower. Tried Topaz Sharpen AI (trial) to just sharpen the center but it seemed too grainy. Will look at the NIK products.

So here are the changes. I cropped it and used NIK to sharpen the center of the flower. I found Sharpen AI slow and frustrating. Based on the cropping I decided to add a vignette which hides more of the blurred corners of the background and allows for the flower to standout more. Let me know what you think of it.   Posted: 04/08/2021 19:18:16

The composition is a little brave with this subject and your cropped version for me works better. As does the vignette and sharpening you added.   Posted: 04/16/2021 09:46:34
