Something that I wish they do more in my hometown.
The touch of B&W gives the impression of a historical image of such and well designed and captured.   Posted: 03/06/2023 20:58:43

Monochrome really helps the subject stand out, and the diagonal lines created by the handrails add drama. A wonderful shot, with the water cascading down the stairs it feels like we are there in person.   Posted: 03/13/2023 19:03:20
Hi Fat, Lovely image, monochrome suits well as you have great contrast between the blacks and whites, you have captured the spray well, and the image is sharp, showing easily what the person is doing, the diagonal of the railing, the planter boxes and with the horizontal lines of the steps really enhances the image.   Posted: 03/16/2023 05:52:49
great use of vertical lines and diagonal lines to define the back drop. The mist from the spray is a nice addition. I wonder if I could hire that person to clean my deck?   Posted: 03/16/2023 18:11:37
Great capture. Monochrome works well here. I think I would have cropped out the lower right handrail. Maybe even toned down the highlights.   Posted: 03/20/2023 21:26:45
The handrail is perfectly positioned, coming out of the bottom left corner and leading you into the image. I agree that the handrail, bottom right, could be cropped out. Overall, it does seem a little bright though as the handrail and spray are a little burned out. The monochrome treatment, as the others have already said, works well here.   Posted: 03/22/2023 07:29:15
