Looking at this makes me wonder where KERMIT the FROG is, but on closer examination a effective image of this rainy day and the fractulius filter adds the depth needed to make it POP.   Posted: 04/08/2021 10:31:05
Fat
I have never heard of the fractulius filter so will research what it does.
I like the mood, color pallette, lighting and variety of shapes and textures in this image. The lighting moves my eye from camera right to camera left and the deep pink is a strong focal point holding my attenton.
In my feeback attached, I have suggested a tighter crop for you to consisder which puts the flower on the vertical one third line.   Posted: 04/08/2021 13:41:34

Beautiful shot, Fat. I love the colors and the mood. The pink waterlily contrasts with the cool colors of the rain and leaves. Creates a mood and emotion for the viewer.   Posted: 04/14/2021 15:07:23
I really like this image and you definitely captured the atmospehere of a lilly pond in the rain. And the colors are great.   Posted: 04/15/2021 14:47:24

I would disagree that this is an improvement as it has lost the lovely leads to be replaced by more sparkles, which are probably more of a dead space.   Posted: 04/19/2021 08:23:51

That's the beauty of participating in these study groups. We see things differently and the decisions are left to the maker. It is a beautiful image in the end and that's what counts   Posted: 04/19/2021 08:29:57
Hi Fat, lovely dreamy image, great colour tones with the pink flower holding our eye within the frame, good detail in the rain drops hitting the water, the background of rain lit up is wonderful, will have to lookup fractulius filter, you have used the filter will to produce a lovely soft image, all you need is a fairy or two.   Posted: 04/19/2021 06:02:26
A gorgeous and arty interpretation of the scene. Lovely colours with the dark background which help to bring them out even more.
I disagree with the comments on negative space though. There was no negative space just more leaves which were part of the image.   Posted: 04/19/2021 08:22:50
