While visiting the wonderful city of Barcelona, Spain, we were lucky enough to be there when they were celebrating National Day of Catalonia which celebrates the Catalonian's bid for independence from Spain.

Nicely composed.......the colors of the flags are great and I love the way the flag is emphasized with the white outfit of the second man.

The man in black with a beard, spoils the picture for me.
There is, unfortunately, a modern trend for younger men to emulate our forerunners, the apes. We went through TWO WORLD wars without them, more to avoid the spread of infection, through close living in barracks, ships, trenches, etc. Posted: 07/19/2017 04:58:02

This works well, with the different areas to look at... the group behind the man in black (I'll come back to him), the guy in white, the woman sitting on the step, the graffiti on the wall and the policeman there to keep order as they need to in such circumstances. Posted: 07/19/2017 09:30:23
