October 2020 - You Scratch My Back

About the Image(s)

Data :- ISO: 800, f6.3 and Speed: 1/100 sec

How I did it :- It was taken when I went into a jungle with lot of monkeys surrounding me. I was panicked as these monkeys can snatched anything if they want to do. I managed to throw foods to them at a distance so I am able to capture these shot while they didn’t notice me and thereafter I quickly sneaked away. Hope it is an interesting to capture these monkeys. Hope everyone like this image I had shot.

David, it's a great capture.
And it's so over-exposed. I would take it into Photoshop or Lightroom and drop the exposure and the highlights. I would like to see you crop it a little to get a little closer to the monkeys. . It is something that you could play with and see what you can do to improve it. What a great moment. I DO love this image, just would like to see it not so overly exposed.   Posted: 10/19/2020 03:52:20

Great image. I saw this in Africa with the monkeys there. The leaves on the right are out of focus but am not sure if f6.3 would have caused that. It also may be overblown a bit.   Posted: 10/20/2020 13:53:10

Great capture! It is a little over-exposed, but you probably could fix that in LR or PS.   Posted: 10/25/2020 10:28:13
