About the Image(s)

We were just in Florida and I took this image from our hotel balcony. I used my Sony a7R3, 24-270 lens. My camera settings were 59mm, ISO 100,
F 22, 1/5 sec. I did some spot removing, and I took this image into Topaz, Adjust AI and Sharpen AI. I did some minor adjustments. Sorry, I am
submitting this so late. Your comments appreciated.

I think I would have liked the boat to be closer to one of the 1/3 spots - "rule of thirds" - probably on the lower right. Also would have liked the whole image to be zoomed in more. And I would like to more color saturation. It's lovely and soft, but if nothing else I would like to see it cropped in tighter with the boat lower at right.

Hello Donna, thank you for your suggestions on how to improve this image. I really need to work on my composition, among a lot of other things. Thanks Donna. I did crop the image and it is much improved.   Posted: 03/21/2020 17:36:40

A subdued sunset image, but with vibrant colors. I agree with Donna about the need for cropping - down to the tops of the yellow-white clouds, and up from the bottom, almost to the boat. This would give you a panoramic format.   Posted: 03/21/2020 15:38:13

Nice image. You might crop some from the bottom to reduce the amount of water. I take lots of sunsets but then it is always which one or two or three to keep.   Posted: 03/24/2020 20:35:01
