Well, it is nice. Not a fan of the sun reflection but if you are there at certain times I guess you're stuck with it. Is that lone figure in the reflection you?   Posted: 06/11/2020 08:03:17

Yup, that's me, I should have cloned out the sun hot spot.

I agree, go back when there's no sunspot. Also a photo with a big shadow of the bean would be ?interesting?   Posted: 06/18/2020 12:04:21

wonder what it would look like at night in the dark or when reflecting lights.   Posted: 06/18/2020 13:05:17

Hi Jesse, After seeing your last comment I began searching for one of my photos of the Bean at night. I did have one but it wasn't very good. I'll post another one of that area for July. Other than the sunspot your photo is well done. The buildings in the background are nicely focused as well as the reflections in the Bean. aka The Cloud Gate   Posted: 06/22/2020 14:49:28

Jesse- You picked an interesting shot of the Bean and people around. However, it would be interesting to view a night shot with the colorful lights and people moving around with no Sunspot. To do this, you would need a tripod and time exposure. I am sure you can come up with a very interesting image. If I ever go there, I would definitely try this shot.
Also, verticle lines of buildings L&R side need to be straightened out a little bit.

Never a real fan of the bean going to pass on it due to my built in negative.   Posted: 06/25/2020 20:14:11

Always a must see when in downtown Chicago. I have seen the perspective from shots taken at 90 degrees to your and I find them more appealing at they look more like a bean. I will have to try some night shots the next time I am in Chicago.   Posted: 06/27/2020 13:18:01
