Priscilla-Your friend lion is posing for you and sitting relaxed. Your image is pretty good and sharp. I would blur the background a little more to distract your attention. Otherwise, you did a geed job.

I would crop closer on sides and back/rear of the image.
Like the facial expression on the lion. The eyes have made the image. Jesse   Posted: 03/11/2020 13:42:13

Who goes to a zoo in Wisconsin in January? I like the face of the lion. Looks in good focus. I might crop it a bit to eliminate any distractions especially on the sides.   Posted: 03/22/2020 12:14:28

Nice shot of the lion in its zoo habitat. I might adjust the levels to give the image more pop. Too bad you could not catch the lion yawning or showing his teeth.   Posted: 03/23/2020 14:54:39

I like the pose of the lion. The photo is a bit grainy at ISO 3200. This is the type of photo to use to do what I did with my lion this month. I would crop very tightly onto the face of the lion and incorporate a background and then turn it into a monochrome image. that would mask the grain and the straw around him which is distracting.   Posted: 03/24/2020 18:12:43
