About the Image(s)

The original was taken on the same side trip from Yellowstone. I removed the stones and pole from the front of the truck. I then removed whatever was in the rear of the truck. Once I removed whatever that was I tehn had to rebuild the back end of the truck bed. I basically copied other parts of the truck and then resized and pasted them into place. Once I had fixed the truck to my liking I applied the Poster Edges filter from PS.

Hi John, I like this image-good find. Your post processing work is great and would be a challenge for me. The truck is nicely placed in the frame, the lighting and focus is good. My suggestions would be to remove the little bit of gray something on the level of the truck bed. I like the poster edge effect on all parts of the picture with the exception of the background foliage. To my eye it is too intense; in sharpness and color.   Posted: 08/12/2019 19:34:40

I feel the truck looks great.
Does it need a focal point?
An animal or pretty gal with a bunch of yellow flowers
or a yellow rain slicker? Jesse   Posted: 08/14/2019 10:24:59

I like the effect on truck and you did do a good job removing assorted stuff. I would dial back the effect on the ground and background as it looks very crunchy to my eye. Lot of character in that truck!   Posted: 08/14/2019 16:25:30

God job removing all the "stuff". I've worked with a similar subject using HDR grunge. Looks like you've cut off the crank on the front of the truck. I agree with Pricilla that the background is somehow distracting--pickey.   Posted: 08/15/2019 12:13:40

John-I like the poster edge effect which worked well to this
this particular subject in making old look. Your post processing is super and commendable.
