Taken a few days ago as I was passing tennis courts where someone had left a tennis ball on the ground. There had been a light covering of snow and the net had been lowered. Taken with my phone and cropped square.

A high-tech playing surface - hard, granular, water doesn't lie on it and it was laid using GPS and lasers....and here it has a light covering of snow. When it was laid it was black and the colour and markings were then added by spray and after two years hasn't shown any signs of fading. There is an adjacent basketball pitch - same material but different markings. Posted: 01/08/2021 14:32:41
