Birches in winter by Alastair Cochrane

September 2020 - Birches in winter

About the Image(s)

Taken in January 2020 - one of my favourite groups of birch trees that I see quite regularly. As a change from straight images, I decided to blur this in camera with 1/10 second exposure at f/22. Although blurry images are currently very popular, I've been doing this for a very long time and it is so much easier and cheaper to do it now than when I used to do it with colour slides.
