About the Image(s)

At boring meetings or lectures, I take selfies and play around with them in one of the apps on my iPod. The "original" image shown here was the end result. I then imported this into CS5 and applied the distort->pinch filter. The eyes and arms were imported from an old selfie (shot in 2004, before that term existed, one of 3 created for a political cartoon), repositioned, lighting effects and color balance adjusted; cropped.

Extremely clever and artistic ! Might suggest making the hands a bit more 'arty' to match the rest of the image?   Posted: 08/10/2019 11:00:54

Clever caricature - and the ability to not take oneself too seriously. Simply amazing the tools we have in photoshop to be creative. Agree with Mark about the hands.   Posted: 08/19/2019 13:12:47

Love all the details... especially the shape of the scalp and the fabric on the shoulders and front of the shirt. Looks like you had a lot of fun working on this.   Posted: 08/20/2019 07:45:04

Most original and comic image..... amazing how you have used available tools creatively to produce this great image. Including the originals and explanations are very helpful.   Posted: 08/22/2019 23:27:29
