I like this Sandra. Good detail in the Rutabaga. I added a few touches - darkened the image slightly, brought out the purple color especially. Also added darkening around the edges with Nik software.
It was fun to look at!

Hi Sandra,
interesting capture of a plant. The pattern of the Rutabaga and coloring has a nice look. I also liked the changes that Janet implemented.   Posted: 01/16/2021 13:07:30

Hi Sandra,
I've enjoyed eating Rutabaga but have not appreciated what a beauty this vegetable is until I saw your image. Thank you!
To me this is an excellent crop that leads my eye in a dynamic way to the brightness of the tip that you've captured. I find your focus to be is tack sharp and the contrast in textures and color tonality adds to the interest for me.

I think Janet's modifications are pleasing, as well.   Posted: 01/17/2021 09:22:30

Great image Sandra. Nice composition and crop. I like what Janet did. I did pretty much the same as Janet with the image. Darkened the purples and used structure in Nik to bring out more texture. I also looked at the histogram and it was perfect. You really did nice work with this image. Enjoyed this very much.   Posted: 01/17/2021 14:29:56
